    Hello,
    Please I’m unable to connect social networking for sharing, showing error

    500 status code for “POST /sites/150270985/publicize-connections/new” jetpack

    What could be the cause of this error please.

    Hi there,

    Both sites show a communication error related to XML-RPC. Please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to enable the xmlrpc.php file on both sites.

    This file needs to be unblocked so that your site can connect to our servers. Then all the featured including Publicize will work.
