Unable to connect Adsense in Site Kit

[ redundant link removed ] has been setup in AdSense for years but I just added Google Site Kit to that site (it is a WordPress site) and it tells me “We’ve detected that you haven’t added this site to your AdSense account yet.” so, I click ADD and it takes me to https://www.google.com/adsense/new/u/0/pub-8112679970043366/sites/my-sites?source=site-kit&url=partisanissues.com which has no options (i.e. an OK or SAVE button).

I have read many other threads:

1 – The other threads suggest using Incognito which I have tried; this did not resolve the issue.

2 – I have disconnected and reconnected AdSense in Site Kit while using Incongnito; this did not resolve the issue.

3 – I contacted AdSense support and they say: “On the AdSense end, I can see that http://www.partisanissues.com is on your sites list, approved, and ready to serve ads. So I do not believe there are any problems with your account.”

4 – I have turned off AMP and ADS FOR AMP plugin; this did not resolve the problem
