    Hello, i am using updraft for 3 months now, yesterday, when my scheduled backup was set up the plugin is not able to complete the backup, this is shown in the log file

    0000.080 (0) Processed schedules. Combining jobs from identical schedules. Tasks now: Backup files: 1 Backup DB: 1

    It is stuck here, normally the backup takes place around 1.44 AM IST and gets completed by 2.00 AM IST.

    I am using the latest version of updraft, please help me solve the issue.

    I also tried manually backing up the site and it worked fine but scheduled backup is not working.
    I am using litespeed server and i also have added this code to my .htaccess

    <IfModule rewrite_module>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteRule .* – [E=noabort:1]
    </IfModule>
    # END litespeed noabort

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    I am sending you the three backup logs

    1. Failed backup which is currently stuck – This is an Automatic Backup which starts every day around 01:44 AM IST
    Backup Started on Nov 21, 2020, 01:44 AM IST and is still in progress

    I have the same issue, even though nothing has been changed on my configurations, here with MainWP.

    How can I solve this problem that impacts the proper backup of all my sites?

    Is it an official answer from your side to re-validate every configurations of my websites in order to fix the issue?

    Did your last update generate this problem? Do you plan to patch it?

    I use UpdraftPlus for daily backups on four sites and twice daily on one site. The last successful scheduled backups on all five sites were two days ago. Here are logs for one site. First the last successful backup on 10/20 then the last failed backup on today. The successful backup was with UpdraftPlus V1.16.30, the failure with 1.16.36. Is this last update the issue? It appears to fail at “Requesting semaphore lock”.

    I am able to successfully make a manual backup.

    I did try changing the daily backup to a two-hour backup. That also failed.

    Same problem – failed backup on 22 November – manual backup was OK.
    My failed log file looks similar to the one provided by jimsully.

    same problem here

    last successful scheduled backup was at 20 of November

    manually backups work fine, i reauthorize dropbox, save settings again,
    and still nothing scheduled backup not work

    Same problem here also. Last successful backup was at november 19.

    I’m also getting same error this

    this is happening since last update on 1.16.36

    I tried on other website which have older version of 1.16.34 and they are working fine so the problem is clearly with the updated version
