Been using the plugin for years. Suddenly, yesterday I quit receiving emails from my site (for example: membership registrations, site notifications). I tried following all the setup wizard directions, even uninstalled and re-installed the plugin to no avail. I’m totally lost as to what to do next. Being 75 yrs old and not much of a geek, doesn’t help. I’m including the “Error Log File” in hopes of getting this fixed. I’m lost without getting my site’s emails. Any and All help greatly appreciated.

  • Hi @boy1der,

Thanks for reaching out. The error “unauthorized_client” indicates the issue with your Client ID. You can double-check the Client ID and secret from your Google console or follow all the steps in the documentation on the Gmail mailer setup once again.

    I hope this helps!

I did as you instructed. Followed the documentation explicitly and still getting the same results. Same error message as before.

I was considering upgrading to Pro level, but until I can get the regular version to working properly again, I’ll have to wait.

    Hi @boy1der,

Thanks for the confirmation. There is probably a conflict with the plugin using Google API in your site. Can you please share the list of activated plugins on your site? If you’re aware of any plugins using Google API, could you please deactivate them temporarily?

    Regards,

    Hey @boy1der,

    Thanks!
