• I have an account with WordPress.com, however not one with WordPress.org as I don’t need one right now. I am hoping to comment on a .org blog page that requires log in, which demanded me to log into wordpress. I used my wordpress.com combination and it says it is not recorded. I then used this one and again, it is not valid.

Do I have to host something online just so I can register for an account to comment on?

Blogs using the self-hosted/installed version of WordPress(.org) do not share a user base with WordPress.com. Similarly, the user base on WordPress.org is strictly for WordPress.org.

You’ll have to register with the blog in question, or ask the blog’s owner how to register.
