Unable to close email pop-up

    Hi,

    I am unable to get past the newsletter subscribe pop-up. The “x” at the top right corner doesn’t do anything and if I enter my details or press “No Thanks” I get a blank white page. I just installed the plug-in, please help.

    Hey @parin55,

    Thanks for contacting our support. It’s working fine for everybody else. We have also checked on our systems. It’s working fine. Please try to install it on another site to replicate it. Please check console errors in your site and fix them. It seems you are having jquery conflictions.
