I’m trying to setup the plugin but when I go to verify the domain I get a popup that says “Reconnect to your Pinterest account”

But my business account has my domain toolcurve.com verified.

When I go to logs this is my log from the plugin

2022-04-27T13:33:29+00:00 ERROR Reconnect to your Pinterest account
2022-04-27T13:35:06+00:00 ERROR Reconnect to your Pinterest account
2022-04-27T13:35:17+00:00 ERROR Reconnect to your Pinterest account

Then on the first step of setup I will try to disconnect my pinterest account to then reconnect it but once I disconnect it and refresh the the page or view it again, it shows my account is still connected so it doesn’t seem to actually be disconnecting my account to reset things. Is there a way to clear all the data from my site to do a fresh start on this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @toolcurve

    Hope you are doing well!

try to check the following link conflict test on a Staging site, could be some plugin or even the Theme you are using. We need to isolate the problem first.

If you can’t find the issue, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.

    Best,
    Christian

    Hi @christian1983

I have, but it seems to be something stored in the database, where even when i disconnect the pinterest account, once i go back to the plugin setup it shows my account is already connected, is there a way to delete everything from the plugin in my database and install this with a fresh start?

    Hey @toolcurve

    try to follow these steps:

    1. Go to Settings tab on “Marketing > Pinterest”
    2. Enable “Erase Plugin Data” and Save
    3. Deactivate and uninstall “Pinterest for WooCommerce”
    4. Install again “Pinterest for WooCommerce”
    5. Restart the Pinterest onboarding

Let me know if that helps.

    Best,
    Christian
