    I need to update an email address, and after I change and save, the email address reverts to the original. I was able to successfully change the cancelled and failed email addresses, only the new order email doesn’t change.

    Sure. I am going woocommerce>settings>emails
    Then at the first email of the list “New ORder”, I click manage and I am changing the Recipient(s) email. I click “save changes” and I get “Your settings have been saved.”

    The email in the form below is the new one. When I click “Emails” tab to get back to the list, the email for the New Order email is still the old one. I have changed the same way Cancelled and Failed succesfully. But New Order recipient email refuses to change.

    I am having the same issue.

    Hi there,

    I had the same problem and saw that people had issues with the raised hand emoji (🙌) in the additional content field, i just removed it, and somehow that fixed the problem for me.
