Unable to change the Site Theme

    Help me Please, whenever I change the theme of the site I get Unexpected Error and the site stops working.

    To get back to normal I have to go to CPANEL and change the folder name to the old Theme and only then everything will return to normal. I’m 3 months trying to adjust. If there is someone to do the Service, I would appreciate it very much.

    Well, the problem here is it’s very difficult, if possible at all, to help resolve an a problem when all we know is an “unexpected error”. Can you provide more details about this “unexpected error”? Is this the actual error message you’re seeing? If not, can you quote the actual error message? Can you include a screenshot?

    And does this only happen when you try switching to one particular theme, or does this happen irrespective of the theme? Can you try switching to one of the default WordPress themes (Twenty Twenty-One, Twenty Twenty, etc) and let us know what happens?

    Can you explain the error message? Also, Are you facing problem only with theme changing or plugin changing as well?

    Hi @sharminritu . Thanks for fast response.

    It only happens when I change the Theme. I’m trying to change the look of the site. This error persists.
