Unable to change the background color of nav bar in mobile layout

    Hi
    I am again unable to change the background color of the navigation in mobile layout. I want the background color to be white as in the desktop layout. I have tried changing the color combination in the customizer. The black colored bar is removed if I refresh the page. I think I am missing out something.
