Unable to Calculate Shipping Price – Zip Code Issue

    Plugin version: 3.8.14.4
    Theme: Custom

    Website age is more than a year old and never had a problem in the past until yesterday.

    I just upgraded the WP ecommerce plugin to the latest version yesterday.
    After I updated it, now the checkout is not working properly.

    My zip code: 91311

    Error occur when:
    I entered any zip codes in California, I get this message “Sorry, online ordering is unavailable to this destination and/or weight. Please double check your destination details.”

    If I enter any zip codes outside California, it’s working fine.

    I have entered the weight and dimensions accordingly.

    If someone could guide on where I should check the problem, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
