Unable to block bot that appears to be from internal IP address

Hello,
I have a weird problem where a bot attempts to access a non-existent URL on my site:
In the live Traffic view it shows the above URL as “Page Visited” but the IP address and Hostname is that of my own website.
It’s hard to decipher what this activity is and how to block it. We tried blocking the IP address referenced in the URL string but this doesn’t work fully as the IP address changes.
For detail the last query (a URL) mention in the above URL is another of my websites on the same server but has been checked and appears fine (in case that was somehow triggering this activity).
Not sure if you guys have experience for what to look for with this kind of activity where the perceived IP/hostname is the actual site in question.
