Unable to amend T’s + C’s for personalised items

    Hi

    I can’t find a way to edit the t’s and c’s so I can include a part about refund/returning personalised items. I have elementoer installed – is this causing the issue?

    Hi @befalamp,

    The document shortcode dynamically generates your legal document. To be able to edit it’s contents, deselect the “Sync document with Complianz” checkbox, available in the Gutenberg and Classic Editor. Doing so will convert it to an HTML block which can be freely edited.

    Hi Jarno

    I saw those instructions but because I have elememtor inatalled I don’t have that option?

    Hi @befalamp,

    While the option itself is only available in the Gutenberg & Classic Editor: after you have enabled this option in one of those editors, you can edit the contents of your T&C document with Elementor as well.

    To summarize: Edit your Terms & Conditions page in the Gutenberg or Classic Editor, select “Edit document and stop synchronization” and then click Save.

    Then switch back to editing your page with the Elementor builder, the T&C document will now be editable in Elementor as well.
