    Were you on WordPress 6.7 when you experienced the problem?

    Our team is aware that some people may be experiencing issues after upgrading to WordPress 6.7 — there’s currently an issue that is related to the cached files of an older WordPress asset and it can cause problems on various edit screens including any Pods screens that include form elements.

    More details here: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/62422

    Current Solution: Clear your browser cache

    My hope: They properly version the asset files to prevent this in the future 🙁

    yep, on WordPress 6.7.

    And, yes, that fixed it. thx!

    In case others are still looking for a solution and haven’t had any luck with clearing the cache: what solved the problem for me was going to the Pods settings and setting “Override WP Metadata values” to “Disable overriding WP Metadata values.”

    I am also not able to update field provided in pods from block. Its showing Error: Unable to process request, please try again.

    I have cleared browser cache and pods cache, also tried to setup “Disable overriding WP Metadata values.” in pods settings, but still its not allowing me to update field value in the form.

    I am using latest version of wordpress 6.8.1 and this problem has started just after the latest update of pods framework 3.3.0

    @hozefasmile can you open a new forum post about that and we can work through that?

    Also having some very bizarre issues trying to update fields in my custom post types today. This has essentially rendered my site unusable right now. Very concerning.

    Several fields, I can add to the field and save, but it doesn’t reflect on the front end. Then when I refresh the backend editor, the added field is empty.

    Other fields, when I press update, give me a wordpress error: {“result”:false,”error”:”nonce”}

    I have tried clearing browser cache, different browsers, clearing cloudflare cache, and adjusting the setting: “Disable overriding WP Metadata values”

    Please help!

    Confirmed with @reedus33 on Pods Slack that this was unrelated to Pods, it ended up being this issue with a different plugin breaking things for many plugins: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/new-nonce-error-with-last-update/#post-18496458
