    Hello. I am unable to add ANY templates. After clicking save, there has been nothing saved. Rather disappointing, as I’m looking forward to trying this plugin!

    That’s pretty weird since I haven’t heard someone having that issue since version 1.0. Let’s try solving this together.

    Are you running the latest WordPress version and the latest version of WP Window Shopper?

    Did you try refreshing the page where you should see your templates? Sometimes after clicking “Save” the new page load is faster than the database entry.

    Do you have access to your server logs? If so, can you paste here what it puts out when you try saving a template?

    Latest version of WP and WP Window Shopper. I have made attempts to reinstall both of them, but the issue still persists.

    I have tried refreshing the page several times. I’ve tried different browsers too. Different computers as well. I’ve tried changing the name, the style, everything when setting up the template.

    I don’t see anything in the error log.

    Since I didn’t get any other reports of that issue, there has to be a conflict with your WordPress install.

    If sharing your website address with me is an option, I can take a look and try troubleshooting the issue. Would be happy to help getting this to work on your website. Let me know and I’ll add an email address here so you don’t have to share it publicly.

    I’m having the same issue as described above. I tried multiple things. Maybe because I have an Arabic install of wordpress (LTR). I tried switching to English but still no luck… my website is afdal.io
