    We use the Stripe Addon plugin on a number of our sites, I have Just realised that the shop functionality isn’t working on mobile devices as it produces the message, when someone makes a selection and clicks checkout – ‘Please select some product options before adding this product to your basket.’ even though the selection has already been made. this issue only occurs on mobile devices.

    I checked your site but looks like I’m not able to continue past the cart page as it’s restricted content.

    If this issue is only happening in mobile, I’d check if there’s a theme/plugin conflict.

    First, backing up your live site before any testing and updates is highly recommended. If you would prefer not to do testing on your live site, first make a back up of your site, then create a staging site using this plugin WP Staging. This creates a copy of your live site where you can make tests without affecting your live site.

    Temporarily switch your theme to one of our default – Storefront or Twenty Nineteen, then deactivate all plugins except for two – Stripe and WooCommerce. If it shows correctly on mobile, then it’s a theme or plugin conflict. Reactivating each plugin one at a time, then see if the issue pops up again will tell us which plugin is conflicting.
