    I’m running into an issue when submitting a new ticket. Actually, none of the buttons work with the exception of “Log Out”. I’ve already run the usual tests to see what might be affecting the plugin’s functionality. There aren’t any plugin conflicts, applicable errors in the console, or error messages displayed when WP_DEBUG is turned on so I’m at a loss and I’m hoping you can help out.

    Hi,

    We need some more information
    Does buttons/links clickable?
    Or links open wrong page?

    It may css conflict and a layer over the links.
    Can you please send the site/page link.

    Sorry for the late response.

    The links are clickable but they only seem to refresh the page. As for CSS conflicts, I’m not seeing anything that could be causing that sort of issue. I’ve gone as far as to change themes to see if the issue persisted and it does. What I am seeing are the links href all pointing to the same page.

    Hi,

    Please check the default page.
    Admin > Help Desk > Configurations > Default page
    Default page must have Help Desk any shortcode.

    Good Morning,

    I double-checked the general settings as you suggested and it all looks as it should. I’m still unable to progress past the ticket dashboard on either the custom page with shortcode or the JS Help Desk default page.

    I thought it best to go ahead and create a ticket on the plugin’s official website so we can share credentials if you needed it.

    This is a rookie mistake and a step that I missed when attempting to debug. For anyone else out there having this issue, if you’ve already ruled out plugin or theme conflicts, try saving your permalinks without making any changes.
