• This plugin suddenly stopped working for me after the latest updates.

    • None of the options show up
    • Unable to add new blocks or options, the plugin just loads with no info added.

I tried disabling all the plugins except Yith Addons, and Woocommerce. I tried a fresh install, deleting all the options, and tried to re-add them. I also tried with different themes. Nothing helped.

  • Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

Could you follow the steps described in this topic, please?

In this way, the plugin will check about the db tables and try to restore it if it’s necessary.

Note: Please try to do it on a staging site before to apply this code on a production site.

    Let us know the results.

    Have a nice day!

    Tried it, no effect.

    Hi there,

Please, check the database of your site, and check that these tables exist:

    • {prefix}yith_wapo_addons
    • {prefix}yith_wapo_blocks
    • {prefix}yith_wapo_blocks_assoc

    Have a great day!

Tables are there but no data being added to them.

    Hi there,

could you tell me what columns {prefix}yith_wapo_blocks has?
I need to make sure the database is created correctly, it’s usually the problem related to you not being able to create any add-ons.

    Thanks for your cooperation.

    Have a great day!

After I disabled the plugin, deleted the leftovers manually, and reinstalled the plugin again, there’s no such table anymore.

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

After you remove the db tables. Could you try again to perform the code my colleague Iván suggested you? In this way it could create the tables again and run the migration progress.

Please, try it and let me know.

    Have a good day.
