Unable to add Master Slider in Color Mag theme through widget

    Hi,
    I am really having a difficult time working with Master Slider. I have Color Mag theme and trying to install my Master Slider through Widget (Front Page Slider Area – Master Slider Widget).
    I am getting this error:
    Invalid slider id. Master Slider ID must be a valid number.

    I don’t have any page defined as HOME page in my page lists.
    Please help me. Where do I need to paste the short code or PHP code exactly through Editor.
    I don’t use code files but access code through Appearance -> Editor.

    If anyone proficient in Master Slider, please guide…which file and where exactly I have to paste php or short code.
