    Hello,
    I’ve started using the lite version of Envira gallery and it worked like a charm. But after a while (a couple of hours) I noticed that I no longer see the “Select files from computer” option. I don’t even see an option to add images to a newly created gallery or even the already created galleries. When I click on the Envira Gallery and select “Add new gallery” I don’t see the box to add images at all. All other settings and configurations are visible though. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin but that didn’t work. I also disabled all other plugins and selected the default wordpress theme to avoid any conflict but that didn’t work too. I’ve cleared the cache but that didn’t work too.

    Any suggestion?

    It sounds like a plugin conflict – something blocking those buttons from appearing. Have you tried to deactivate the plugins (or the theme) to see when those are deactivated if you gain control over your gallery again?

    Thanks for your reply. That was the first thing that came to my mind but it didn’t work. I selected all plugins and deactivated them. Then activated the Twenty Fifteen theme for WordPress, cleared browser cache but the problem persists. I also checked my Logfile but no problem detected.
    Kindly note that the problem started after I installed the recent version of Envira. When I had the old version installed, the plugin was working flawlessly. But after I installed the new version the problem started showing up. Maybe Envira is conflicting with it self? I mean maybe the old version that I had have left some residue files that wasn’t removed after I installed the newer version? Before I installed the newer version, I remember I deactivated and deleted the old Envira then I installed the newer version but maybe this method didn’t completely delete all files of the old version. :confused:

    I really love this plugin. I wanted it to work so bad so that I can show it to my boss before buying it.

    Dear @akyusa01,
    Thanks a lot. The problem is solved. I didn’t understand what exactly caused the problem but what I did is I installed an old version of the plugin (v1.4.2.2) then the problem automatically gone and the “Select files from computer” option has appeared as it should. Then I deleted the old version (v1.4.2.2) and reinstalled the most recent demo version once again and the “Select files from computer” option still appear as it should. I didn’t do anything else. I still don’t know what caused the problem. Log file still empty. Anyhow, I am happy that it works now 😀

    It could’ve been when the plugin was updated something happened and not all files were updated properly maybe?
