Unable to Add hash tags

    I am unable to add hashtags. Though I have added and linked Facebook API token successfully. It is present there.

    My instagram account is also business.

    I have successfully linked by business page with instagram business account.

    Can you please help me?

    Hello @narenva2020,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Please make sure that you have the latest version of the plugin installed on your site, that is 1.4.4 if free and 2.4.4 if pro. You can check the version WordPress admin area >plugins section.

    Then please enter Instagram feed > settings and make sure that you are authenticated.

    If you are creating a hashtag feed please do that as I show in my screencast, exactly the same steps https://www.loom.com/share/6164c1351df24c4db9eb6a9a04a27a96

    If that won’t work for you, please send me a similar screencast so I could understand what you are doing wrong.
