Unable to ADD / Edit

This is new, I am now on 5.8 and am signed in as SUPER Admin.. so everything should work for me.

It lists the Access levels just fine (https://ourlummiisland.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wprua)

But If I try to do anything else It gives me the following error:

Access to ourlummiisland.org was denied
You don’t have authorization to view this page.
HTTP ERROR 403
