Thats a pretty strange scenario. Would you like to try to solve this? Sending an email to email@example.com is one way to approach this, or we can do it here.
Are you saying you weren't able to login? When you activate the plugin you are greeted with a text box where you can enter an email address. Enter one or click the link saying you already have an account. If you enter the address you can either set up an IDX or click No. You will then receive an email with a link to login to placester.com and setup your listings. When you login, you can change your password to something else.
Are you saying that link does not work? There should be no additional email checking, but if there is, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
It looks like the second email that goes out does have an issue in that it says a password will be sent. This never happens, but you don't need it to login the first time based on the first link to login. I will have that email changed to remove the blurb about sending a password. If you forgot your password, again, there is email@example.com.
