  • You have forgotten the login credentials to access the WordPress backend? Is that what you’re saying? If so, do you remember the login details to access your hosting account?

The login details were previously set a long time ago, and they always worked on my computer with linux, now I have to use the laptop with microsoft… the set format jumps from admin to ADMIN and there is now a block… and original password isn’t connecting. I thought I had kept them, but it wont allow for a re-entry … Should I download and begin again the wordpress.org?.. to access site/dashboard? For some reason, after several people have looked at the site and tried to figure it out, it opened briefly for one update since April.. and now its locked again before profile could be adjusted. This is my business account, and suppose it will have to be closed without being able to update or access changes….

Hey, why have you post the same question by times?

Anyway, this is the answer from me:

Check whether the Wp-admin folder is there on your server or not. If its there, then the problem may be in the database. If it is not there, try to install wordpress again by keeping a copy of your theme files and posts.

    Thanks

http://www.mallorysdesign.com/Wp-admin NOT FOUND, it says. Thanks for your input.

Dont use UPPERCASE characters in links. Use just http://sitename.com/wp-admin.

    Thanks
