unable to access my blog

I made a blog by using word press on 17 October and receive the following email from word press;
‘Congratulations!

Your installation is ready. You can access it now by going to http://socialmediajobsfromhome.com/blog/ .

Admin Area: http://socialmediajobsfromhome.com/blog/wp-admin
username…………..
password…………..’
But I am unable to access the above and every time ‘Page Cannot be Displayed’ Message appears
