unable to access My Account -> Support

Hi,
I’m having an issue with a woocommerce product and I’d like some help.
I’m trying to ask for help using the official channel (https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/).
When I access this page, I get this.
Sure, I guess I’ll verify this email. Here’s where it takes me. OK, I hit continue.
I’m going nuts. Please help. This isn’t even what I want help about.

PS. I created a second account in a different browser and have verified the email and have the exact same issue.

Click on the section about needing help with your account. Click on the link to “Contact Us.”
That’ll let you get in touch with our support team and get this account situation cleared up. Make sure to include the email address on your account to speed things up.
