When I am logged into my account and click on “Support” to try to access my paid add-on support tickets I am redirected to the HelpDesk page. (When I click on the link in my support email I reach the same page.) When I click on “Check ticket status” I am redirected to the “Login to the support portal” page. When I try to sign in it says my email and password do not match. When I use the “Forgot password” option I receive this error notice:
“You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator.”
I would like to view the status (responses) of my paid add-on support tickets. Can you please assist?
