    After resetting my password, when I try to login to the connections-pro website from my desktop, I receive a white screen with the word “error.”

    I was able to place the order for the excerpt-plus add-on using my mobile device, but even after clearing the cache on my desktop, I cannot access your site.

    Any suggestions?

    Apologies for the trouble! Good to hear it is resolved!

    I’m having the same issue. Had to reset password, now all I get is a blank white screen with the word “error.” Have rebooted, have cleared my history, have tried logging in from 4 different browsers. Can’t log in or access any threads on the forum for support.

    I am guessing your IP address was temporarily blocked due to too many login attempts. The lockout is generally temporary and is likely already lifted.

    Go ahead and give it a try again. You should be able to login. If not, please contact me via Twitter @shazahm1. Send me a direct message with your IP address so I can check the logs. YOu can get your public IP address my using Google, enter “what’s my IP address” for the search. Google will show you your IP address.
