    Unable scan the site by Wordfence

    [Mar 23 14:09:46] Call to Wordfence API to resolve IPs failed: There was an error connecting to the Wordfence scanning servers: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

    This can sometimes be a temporary issue. Have you noticed any change in the ability to start scans since? Were you able to run scans recently prior to this coming about?

    If they still aren’t running, I can take a look at the diagnostics report. Please go to the top of the Diagnostics tab on the Wordfence Tools page. There will be a SEND REPORT BY EMAIL button to send the diagnostics report. Enter wftest@wordfence.com as the email and your username in the second field please.

    Once you have sent the diagnostics report can you please reply to this post to let me know that it has been sent.

    I just install the plugin a week a ago, no scan is executed. Diagnostics report is send to you with my username.

    Thanks for sending those over. Do you have measures in place blocking access to your wp-admin area?

    I install a WordPress MU Domain Mapping for redirect the website, may be this one.

    Did you notice any difference if you disabled that? You would see the cURL error gone if it were blocking access.

    Also, can you please check with your host to see if they’re blocking outbound cURL requests?
