Translated to English:
Overnight a notification appeared that one had to do a modanza to another site (domain change), now you can not configure anything from the plugin, yes or yes you have to enter their website and worst of all, the invitation to subscribe is now in English, you can not change the language, you can not customize that message, ask questions in the support chat and they will only send you a link to read the entire manual. Capos, it occurred to you to change everything, why do I have to waste time reading documentation if I did not make the mistake, it is easier for you to tell me go to such a place to configure it, but not even you have any idea, more than 6 years using this plugin and now I deleted it, crap the truth is you have no word, the world is not managed in just 1 language, so put the multilingual templates, why do not you put multilingual on your website?
Hello, it sounds like a couple things happened here:
1. You changed the site domain. Unfortunately changing site domains requires a brand new OneSignal app. This is a limitation of how browsers have implemented web push. It works at the origin (domain) level so you can’t simply change one domain to another and still send push to your users.
I’m sorry this requires some reading to understand the concept: https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/web-push-setup-faq#domain-changes-%26-migration
2. Multilingual prompts. Yes this is something we don’t offer currently. Our push prompts can only be in one language of your choice while using the plugin. I will add this as a feature request for our team to investigate.
I’m sorry to hear that after 6 years of using our plugin you decided to now rate us a 1 star. We always provide free support if you email us at support@onesignal.com and we will do our best to assist you with your questions and concerns. I hope you find it in your heart to update this review if you found value in our service.
