    El plug-in y el sistema en general no funciona, horas y horas probando la conexión pero no es posible lograrlo.

    No deberían ofrecer o publicar algo que no funciona. Deberían simplemente eliminarlo para evitar que los usuarios perdamos el tiempo tratando de hacerlo funcionar.
