• I feel the need to share with everyone who reads this how important it is to have honest support that is interested in your project when you have an online school.
    I am in a country where I have not been able to send my tickets to support due to some type of problem that this country has with some foreign countries.
    At Lifter they have constantly attended to me via email, perfectly understanding my need.
    In addition, our courses are hosted on our own server because it is cheaper for us and we can increase the volume of videos at no cost without any problem.
    They have made me personalized explanatory videos to give me solutions to the problems that I have raised.
    This is a way of working that will undoubtedly always lead us to consolidate our business and scale it.
    For this reason I give it a 10 for customer service and a 10 for system usability.
    Highly recommend the Lifter LMS team and system.
