[Resolved] Un-received email for order

    We did not receive and email for an order on 8/23. Yet we have received all other orders. What could be the problem?

    occasionally happens – email is never perfect.

    Presuming you’ve had orders since then – I’d treat it as a one off and ignore unless it happens again.

    If that was the last order, then do some test ones.

    keep an eye on your orders tab in dashboard as well.

    Finally make sure you order sites email is not blacklisted or listed as junk mail in your inbox
