    Please confirm the folders in the Ultimate Member and or WordPress installation directories that were vulnerable to placement of malware and malicous files via Ultimate Member plugin member uploads. We wish to completely address the recient problem by removing all possible files and the plugin.

    Hi @newfignewton,

    Unfortunately, the version prior to 2.0.22 indeed had a security vulnerability, however, we’ve fixed this issue in the latest version of the plugin. Make sure to update to the latest 2.0.23 version and purge your temp files in Ultimate member -> Dashboard and “Purge Temp” button.

    I have purged my temp files but stil there is malware in my site.. how to get rid of it?

    This ^. What was the vulnerability? Where would someone have uploaded malware?
