# UM Missing Page Content

* Greetings! Loving Ultimate Member but with the update to 2.4.0 we’re getting
a white page with just the site title, navigation bar and a “1”, but no other
content on our site’s Homepage. The Homepage should be “visible to Everyone” (
all site visitors, logged in or not); no redirection.

Users reported this in Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Edge.
* – Individual page setting on Homepage, “Content Restriction/Restrict access to
this post?” is not checked. Tried checking it and selecting “Everyone”; same
blank page result.

Content Restriction/Restrict access to this post?” is not checked. This page
is “visible to Everyone” (all site visitors, logged in or not). We want the Homepage
to do the same thing – i.e., be visible to Everyone. – UM Restriction Content/
Global Site Access: “Site is accessible to Everyone” is checked. >> Deactivated/
reactivated all plugins; same blank Home page result. >> Child Theme; parent
Vogue 10.8.8. >> WordPress version 6.0.
* Have downloaded previous UM version from plugin page; may rollback to this version
if we can’t find a workaround. Sincerely appreciate any suggestions and/or direction.

* Please turn on debug mode (edit **wp-config.php** file set **WP_DEBUG** to true)
and see if you have any error messages displayed.

* Did you try deactivating other plugins and leaving UM as the only active plugin?
Let’s see if there’s a conflict plugin issue here.

* Greetings! We’d deactivated/reactivated all plugins previously, but I decided
to just uninstall and reinstall them. Seems this was the culprit:
