I found UM searching on WordPress for reliable membership plugins. The learning curve was very low since the documentation is very good and complete.

This plugin does all I wanted, and more with the dynamic menu feature. The customization options are great and very thorough.

One of my requirements was to use WPML as my sites are multi-lingual. There was no Spanish language support out-of-the-box but it was easy to add using WPML. Now all email messages, all pages, all strings, are multi-lingual.
