UltimateTagWarrior Feature?

Is it possible to display only the tags used in a specified number of posts. What I’m thinking is that on the monthly archive page (or weekly) I would like to have a weighted tag cloud of the tags used for that month. Each month would be different and obviously generated seperately. Is this possible with the current plugin or would it require some trickery?
