-Ultimate Members- Information in “Setting Account” is not reflected

-Ultimate members Plugin Trouble-

I would like to allow members “Delete account” or “change their password,” but those forms don’t appear on their account page. (Everything is turned on in the settings page.)

The “default form” is displayed properly.

Or can I customize the form to have those fields?

Please help!

Hello @g2growl

Did you check the profile form or account one? Delete account and password reset available from the Account page not from the User page.

Thank you for your comment.

Nothing is displayed on the Account page (the page that the plugin specifies as UM Account).
If I write some shortcode in Account page, will Delete account or Password reset be displayed?

I had no choice but to write a shortcode for the Default Profile form on the user page and see if I could do it.

In the end, I can’t do it.

Deactivate any WP plugin or CDN/Web Hosting server caching for the UM pages.

You must also allow the User Role to delete their Accounts at
UM User Roles -> Edit the User Role -> “Can delete their account?”

Thank you for your advice.
I’ve tried several plugins (Breeze, Hummingbird, SG Optimizer),

But it doesn’t seem like cache is the cause. As usual, nothing is displayed on the account page.

“Can delete their account?” is checked.

Is this an irregular case? Is there official support for Ultimate Member?

Try to do a Theme/Plugin conflict test.
Deactivate your other Plugins and your Theme.

I just solved it. Sorry for the basic mistake.

The shortcode [ultimatemember_account] was not written on the account page. Thank you for all the advice.
