I have Ultimate member installed on my main site on my main domain.

My theme does not support woocommerce. I understand that I could manually make it compatible but I have tried and it just doesn’t look good so please disregard that option.

I need to add a shop section to my site where users can purchase products via woocommerce.

I know that Ultimate Member has a woocommerce extension where users can keep track of their orders, etc.

I want to install my shop section (woocommerce) on either a subdomain or in a subfolder/directory of my main site.

But I still want my ultimate member users from my main site to utilize the ultimate member woocommerce extension and keep track of their purchases, etc. even though woocommerce will be installed on either a subdomain or a subdirectory/folder.

I am not sure how to do this since I would have to install ultimate member in the subdomain or subdirectlry/folder that woocomerce is installed but do i really need to do this?

Is there a way that my ultimate member users can still be linked to their woocommerce purchases even though woocommerce is installed on a subdomain or subdirectory/folder?

    Hi @scottsiegel78,

Unfortunately, it’s not possible at the moment because Ultimate member doesn’t share user meta between sites in the multisite setup, it is something we have plans to add in the future.

    Regards.
