    It’s that time of year when our members are starting to renew their memberships on our site, but when they renew, their “Ultimate Member Role” is resetting to “- No role for Ultimate Member -” instead of the role that they have paid for.
    How can we fix this please?

    Which role have you assigned per subscription in woocommerce products ?

    Can you please clarify what plugin do you use for “Renew membership”.
    If you are using our Woocommerce extension with Woocommerce subscription addon please submit your ticket on our website because we are only allowed to provide support on the forum for the free Ultimate member plugin hosted on the wordpress.org website.

    We’re using “Paid Memberships Pro” v1.9.5.6 by Stranger Studios.
    We are attempting to contact them also incase the problem lies with that plugin, but we would like to investigate this from all angles.
    It was working fine up until now, so we’re not sure what’s changed.

    Hi @graphicdetail,

    I’m afraid, this issue can be due to compatibility between Paid Memberships Pro and Ultimate member, basically, it depends on Paid Memberships Pro developers whether they want to add compatibility fixes or not.
