Ultimate Member Registration not Working

    Ultimate Member registration is not working. I have tried all the suggestions of disabling plugins, changing theme, etc., to no avail.

    What happens is that users are created but the first and last names are not loaded. The profile says there is no data. If I go into Users and edit the user by adding the first and last name, then the profile appear an dit works fine.

    Please help.

    Can you please provide the following so we can further check:

    > PHP version
    > PHP Memory Limit
    > PHP Upload Max Size
    > PHP Post Max Size
    > PHP Upload Max Filesize
    > PHP Time Limit
    > PHP Max Input Vars

    Here it is:

    PHP version= 5.4
    memory_limit = 512M
    post_max_size = 512M
    max_execution_time = 3000
    upload_max_filesize = 128M

    MAx Input Vars: Not set in .htaccess Using default.

    Hi @ivanpm,

    Can you please update to the latest pre-released version of UM and let us know if the issue still occurs? Also, you can check the PHP Upload Max Size in the UM system info file in Settings.

    Hello:

    I upgraded to version 1.3.83 and the problem persists.

    The PHP Upload Max Size is 128M.

    I really need to solve this problem (please!)
