Ultimate Member Meta MyCred Broken

    Whenvever I enable Ultimate Member Profile Form METAS for MyCred plug in extension it breaks the whole form. Can someone please look into this? All I want is to show the user point balance and ranks. Thats all. I paid for the the plug in.
