We have added the import of data from Ultimate Member to Membership plugin (except avatar and cover photo). Please update the plugin and check it.

It’s not working i have this message: “No supported plugins is found. Currently we support: BuddyPress, Ultimate Member.” at the bottom of the button “import ultimate member data.

This message is usually shown when buddy press and ultimate member plugins are not installed. Please contact us in the Internal Support. Provide the access to your admin area there and our developer will check what’s wrong.
