    Hi George!

Firstly, thank you so much for your plugin review and also for your full and complete description of the problem. And, it has to be said, I appreciate your approach to asking us for support. We’re very happy to help however we can particularly when people contact us like you have – unfortunately not everyone is quite so polite. So, thank you for that.

It looks like Ultimate Member released a significant upgrade there 3 days ago, I suspect they have made a big change somewhere and this is affecting the login flow.

If it was working for you up until now, I suspect this was luck and whatever changes they’ve made, have broken what was working for you until now.
Also, the changes that came about from the link you referred to wouldn’t have affected anything else because we keep each 3rd party integrations as separate as we can, so one wouldn’t interfere with the other.

    Here’s what I’m going to suggest…

We currently offer a free trial, which you can get here:
    https://onedollarplugin.com/products/shield-security/free-trial/

Could I ask you to try this and see if the ultimate member forms work after you’re on the pro version, please?

Then, drop us an email and let us know – so we can link your question here to your account. Then we can take it from there.

We can’t really discuss and support the pro version in any depth on these forums, so we can continue investigating this over email after you grab the trial.

Again, many thanks for providing a full and complete description of the issue you’re having and being so friendly in asking your questions. We’ll help you however we can.

    Thanks!
