Ultimate Member forms not showing corretly

    Hi There

    Suddently the UM plugin stop working for me. Some of the forms (login and registration) are not showing as expected, they just display the bottom part of the form (like login and/or registration buttons, keep logged and forgot password) but don’t show the others fields that I’ve created. Some other forms as user profile are working correctly.

    • I already did this conflict test recommended and no changes.
    • It was working perfectly before and I haven’t installed or upgrated other plugins.
    • This could be caused by incorrect settings, but I’ve been trying to fix it for hours and I have no idea what might be causing this issue.

    Could you please try this pre-release version of Ultimate Member?
    https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/ultimate-member.2.2.1-rc.1.zip

    Ensure that you’ve created a full backup of your site before you update.

    Please let us know if you’re still having issues after updating it.

    I i tried this version and still having this issue after that.

    EDIT: After downloading the pre-release version nothing changed, but then I decided actualize anything in each form to see what will happen and the fields suddently were displaying again. Thanks

    Hey can u please elaborate what exactly u did u mean because even i facing the same issue since last night

    Tried installing fresh copy of wordpress still its not working

    Hi @skyboy737

    Nothing was working to me, then I installed that pre-release version and changed the max-widht of the forms, looks like that I needed to actualize anything in the form (after changing the version) to fix this issue.

    I didn’t do anything else

    I’m using ultimate member plugin
    when I’m going to register or log in then it doesn’t shows the form first time. but after clicking “inspect” it shows up automatically. Again if I reload the page opening inspect as it was then login form is not showing.
    If I close the “inspect” then that form shows again 🙁
    Don’t know why this happening. please help me.
    I checked previous version , changed max-width but nothing happens

    `Hey!

    I have a problem with the Ultimate members plugin.

    Created a registration form that is not visible when you open the page.
    However, if I choose to right-click and click on inspect, the form will appear.

    What could be wrong?
