    Greetings!

    I am asking to see if Ultimate Member can be fully functional locally? That’s how I am currently building a website via XAMPP. I looked for solution which seems to be a common issue. I am trying to get Members Directory to show but it keeps showing a loading icon. I also did conflict test and passed. I cannot figure out what else is wrong. So I am wondering if XAMPP doesn’t really make Ultimate Member work fully functional?

    Could you send the console screenshot from the browser development mode? I guess there can be some JS issues.

    Hello @nsinelnikov

    I believe I found the cause and it was the theme I used on it. It is Refined News by Candid Themes. I made a new wordpress since I was building it locally and it turns out that Ultimate Member plugin is not the issue it’s the theme since I used Twenty Nineteen as it comes in as default theme. It showed up perfectly fine. I reported this issue to Candid Theme hopefully they’ll have it resolved since I’m not a pro member.

    Note: I’m not sure how to send a screenshot here. Hope my description sheds the light.

    It only happens on live server but works well on local server. I found a solution by tweaking the sql database option. I will let you know if it works perfectly…
