Ultimate Member data fails to export

When I try to export a UM member directory the custom field _um_reveal_fields exports the correct field titles, but no data are exported. The directory is fairly simple:

Last Name: Testname6
Middle Initial: M
First Name: Silly
Mail Address: PO Box 545
City: Astoria
State: OR
Zip Code: 94321
Phone Number: 555-999-9000
E-mail Address: stestname6@gmail.com
Login_ID: boont6
Household Name: Mr and Mrs
Registration Date: Joined April 25, 2019
Status: Regular

What could I be doing wrong?
