# Ultimate Member

 * I am having difficulty with two of the buttons on my site, and the Login Functions.
   The initial Registration Form is fine, however, when I click the button it does
   not go to the Dashboard/Account Page. There is an error with the Password and
   it does not redirect. It does, however, create the Profile. In addition, I am
   unable to Update the Profile Button. There are also issues with the Shortcode
   for the Member Profile Listing Page. I entered the Shortcode for this page, however,
   it is not operational. Could someone please help me with this issue? Or is there
   someone I could call to assist with this matter?

 * Can you please do a conflict test on the theme first and then plugins and see
   if it is caused by a conflict. You can click the link for directions on the plugin/

 * Okay, I’ve tried the Conflict Test. That was not the issue, is there anything
   else that could be causing the problem?

 * Are you on a hosting plan? Can you check your .htaccess file and confirm your
   mod_rewrite settings? Also in Admin panel Settings > Permalinks, what do you 
   have selected?
