    Hi,
I have a page created with cornerstone that has three sections.
In each section I have a RAW Content Element to add FAQ shortcodes as follows:
    Section 1 – [ultimate-faqs include_category =’1_faq’]
    Section 1 – [ultimate-faqs include_category =’2_faq’]
    Section 1 – [ultimate-faqs include_category =’3_faq’]

The FAQs linked to the categories display correctly in cornerstone

But when I view the page in the website I see the FAQs linked to category = 3_faq in each of the three sections and no faqs from 1_faq or 2_faq are shown.

I can view all the FAQs if I only add one shortcode entry to the page with multiple category includes but this limits the style I want to create.

    Can you help please ?

    Thanks
    Ian

Further to the above problem I have noticed another.

I am currently using a page with a single section to display all the required faqs using categories 1_faq, 2_faq, 3_faq and these are formatted correctly.

However the FAQ titles have a hyperlink and if I click on any FAQ title I am redirected to the faq page which says Opps page not found bummer …………..

I have set the turn on comment support to NO as I dont want all faqs to have a comment ability. Is there a way to disable the hyperlink on the faq titles ?

Also when I try to update settings I get “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” but they do reset ?????
(I have the premium edition of your plugin)

The other settings for the above problems are as below.

    Basic Settings:

    FAQ Toggle = No
    FAQ Category Toggle = No
    FAQ Accordion = No
    Hide Categories = Yes
    Hide Tags = Yes
    Scroll To Top = Yes
    Display All Answers = Yes
    Display Post Author = No
    Display Post Date = No
Display ‘Back to Top’ = No
    Include Permalink Icon = No
Permalink Type = Main FAQ Page
    Show Editor Helper = No
Turn On Comment Support = No

    Hi vudu7guru,

Unfortunately, we have not created the plugin to be compatible with X-theme. We would suggest you using HTML and CSS to style the FAQ categories within a page (e.g.: creating three divs for the FAQ categories).

As for the redirect issue by clicking the FAQ title, it might be due to the settings of the pretty permalinks (Options > Premium > Pretty Permalinks). Since you do not want the FAQs to be linked, then you may disable the pretty permalinks, and set FAQ Toggle to “Yes”. This will make it so the title does not link to a new page.

And thank you for letting us know of the access issue. It appears that the new update added it. We have noticed that even if there was an error issue, the options set were still being saved. Thus, in terms of functionality, you should not worry.

We will release an update shortly to fix this.

    Best regards,
