 * The website is running behind HTTP auth with Jetpack offline mode.
 * [I made the site publicly available as advised in the troubleshooting guide, 
   but it didn’t do the trick]

 * Thanks for the additional information. Our development team looked into this 
   and they have a fix for this issue which should be out tomorrow. Please update
   to the new version tomorrow and the issue should be fixed.

 * We have released Jetpack Boost 1.5.4 which contains a bugfix for this issue. 
   Please upgrade, try it again, and let us know if you run into any further problems.
